CNY Homestead is a small, pasture-based farm located in Clayville, NY — in the heart of Central New York. We’re committed to raising animals naturally, with room to roam, fresh air, and a natural diet. Our commitment is to quality over quantity, and to building honest relationships with the people who eat our food and raise our animals.
What We Raise
🐷 Idaho Pasture Pigs
Our Idaho Pasture Pigs are known for their gentle temperament, excellent foraging ability, and exceptional meat quality. We raise piglets available as feeder pigs for you to take home and raise yourself, or you can reserve one and let us do the raising — we’ll contact you when they’re ready.
🍯 Raw Honey
We also keep honeybees on the property, harvesting pure raw honey right here on the homestead. No additives, no processing — just pure local honey from our hives to your table.
🧀 Sheep Dairy — Coming Soon
Our East Friesian and Lacaune dairy sheep will soon be producing rich milk perfect for soft and hard cheeses, yogurt, and fresh sheep milk. Stay tuned for availability.
Our Philosophy
